Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets 14 days of Pro. You do not need a card to start. If you do not add one, the trial ends and you are not charged.
What counts as a staff seat?
A team member with a Cleanbook login, including you. Team members you schedule without a login do not count, and neither do clients who use the client portal.
Are clients or cleanings limited?
No. Clients and cleanings are unlimited on both plans.
What costs extra?
Card payments are 3.4% + $0.30 on either plan; Venmo and cash are $0. On Pro, texting has its own small bill: your business number at the carrier's price rounded up to the next dollar each month, plus 2 cents a text after the first 100 each month. Extra staff seats on Pro are $5 each after 10.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Choose a plan or switch under Settings, Plan. Manage billing opens Stripe, where you can update your card or cancel.
