Booking

New clients pick a time. You decide.

Share one link. New clients see the times you actually have open, choose one, and tell you about the home. Nothing lands on the schedule until you approve it.

14 days of Pro, free. No card to start.

Your request page. Open times come from your crew's schedule.

Requests

Every request waits for a yes.

Requests sit under Schedule. Approve one and pick the time, length, and crew. Or suggest another time, or decline. The client gets an email either way.

  • The time they picked is held for 48 hours
  • Name, phone, email, address, home size, and notes on every request
  • Clients can opt in to texts on the same form
  • Turn requests off when you are full
The Requests inbox, under Schedule.

A simple site, no web designer.

Fill in a few fields and Cleanbook builds a page for your business, with the request page built in.

List what you offer with a starting price for each.

  • Photos and your story

A cover photo, your photo, a short about section, and a gallery.

  • Trust badges

Show that you are insured, bonded, background-checked, or bring supplies. Only the ones that are true for you.

  • Reviews you add

Paste in reviews your clients have given you.

  • FAQ

Answer the questions you get on every first call.

  • Your logo and color

Your logo and brand color on your site and request page.

After they book

Confirmations and a place for clients to check in.

  • Booking confirmations

Send a link before a cleaning. The client sees the date, time, and your cancellation policy, agrees to it, and can save a card. The schedule shows who has confirmed.

  • Client portalPro

Invite a client and they can see upcoming cleanings and invoices, ask to reschedule, cancel within your cutoff, and request another cleaning.

Booking questions

Is this instant booking?

No, and that is on purpose. Clients pick an open time and send a request. You approve it, suggest another time, or decline, and they get an email either way.

Do I need my own website?

No. Cleanbook gives your business a simple site with your services, starting prices, photos, reviews you add, a FAQ, and the request page.

Can clients manage their own cleanings?

On Pro, you can invite a client to the client portal. They see upcoming cleanings and invoices, ask to reschedule, cancel within your rules, and request another cleaning.

Can I stop taking requests for a while?

Yes. Turn requests off in the app and turn them back on when you have room.

Give new clients a link instead of a phone tag.

The request page and website are on both plans.
